This is not a lecture. Over two live hours we will sit with Scripture, speak honestly about hardship, and make room for conversation, reflection, and prayer. Come as you are — no performance required, no prior retreat experience needed.

What if I'm in a different timezone?
The gathering is live at 1–2 PM ET / 12–1 PM CT / 11 AM–12 PM MT / 10–11 AM PT. Join at the time that matches your zone. If you live outside these zones, convert from Eastern Time (1–2 PM ET).
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Come as you are. You do not need to know Spark Life Collective, a particular tradition of prayer, or any prior retreat.
